What to Expect
BOOK
Choose a scheduled shuttle on Saturday or Sunday from our booking page. Occasionally, we have Friday shuttles available as well. Sorry, no other weekday shuttles are available at this time.
PICK UP
Meet at the parking lot at 715 West 300 North, Richfield, UT, 15 min before your scheduled ride. Our drivers will load and secure your bikes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.
SHUTTLE
Make new bike friends on the drive to the trail head. The drive time takes between 30-60 min depending on the shuttle you book. Most people take 2-3 hours to ride all 18 miles of Spinal Tap.
Refund Policy
You must cancel 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund. We understand that things come up, so it is your responsibility to make sure you cancel within the given window.
Weather Cancellation Policy
Riding in muddy conditions is detrimental to the trail system. We reserve the right to cancel shuttles due to weather conditions. In this case you will receive a full refund. We may also choose to cancel if the road to the trailhead is dangerous due to weather.
E-Bike Policy
At this time, we are not transporting e-bikes due to Fishlake Forest Service land restrictions. Thank you for understanding.
